UK Challenge

Coverage of the exciting extreme sports and team building event which takes place in the Lake District in England. More than 100 teams of six take part, competing in various physical and mental challenges over the course of four days. The challenges include running, cycling, and kayaking and each team decides on their strategy, obstacles and the route they want to follow.
